ABOUT LIFE THROUGH FOOTBALL ACADEMY

Life Through Football Academy (LTFA) is a football academy based in Sydney’s South offering both individual and small group football training services to young children. Our services include football training on the football pitch or other suitable surfaces, as well as off the football pitch strength, conditioning and coordination training.

Our services are focused on developing the young children physically, technically, tactically and psychologically. The underlying purpose of LTFA’s services is to assist in guiding the child to develop key life skills that can be applied through all aspects of their life. Our services are tailored to suit the child’s age, skill level and desired outcomes, whether that be to improve on the field, to be a part of a social group, to develop confidence or to lead a healthier lifestyle and engage in more exercise, amongst other outcomes.

LTFA, through our tailored approach to each child, aims to teach the child fundamental life skills that they are able to take well into their lives both on and off the field. LTFA empowers the child to lead the most successful life possible off the field, including in school and other environments, whilst also allowing them to reach their full potential on the field with confidence.
