ABOUT Barça Innovation Hub

At “Barça Innovation Hub” we are committed to foster a new leap in the sports industry by pushing its limits towards new heights.

The Hub not only pretends to act as a body of research, but to foster innovation and its real applications in our Club and the industry in general. Our implication with society transcends the world of sports in order to create a synergy between society and technology, aided by our four fields of action:

1. PORTFOLIO

We design tomorrow's solutions in collaboration with startups and entrepreneurs, offering them a unique environment and tools for the development of new technologies.

2. R+D+I

We put into practice all the acquired knowledge and know-how to develop real solutions that can be used for a better management of sport and society.

3. EDUCATION

We promote the growth and development of talent in the world of professional sports through a unique educational offer based on the Barça model.

4. SPORTS TOMORROW

Our annual congress acts as a window into the future of the industry, creating the perfect environment to share knowledge, discover the latest developments and continue to grow together in the world of sport.

By offering our broad experience in the world of professional sport, we put in the hands of researchers, entrepreneurs and students the necessary tools and data to develop new technologies and ways of approaching modern day sports.

As an ultimate goal, all advances developed within the “Barça Innovation Hub” framework will be able to be extrapolated in order to offer real solutions for everyone, creating a reciprocal relationship between our club and the issues that affect us all as a society.
